The classic oyster mushroom with firm texture and more depth. Great for roasting, frying, or anything else you could ask of a mushroom.

Pick up hours are Tuesday-Saturday 4PM-6PM at 2120 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821. Orders will be held for 48 hours, please order by 3PM for same-day pick up.

Our Favorite Recipe:
Tear into bite-sized pieces and toss in oil and garlic salt. Roast at 400F for 25-35 minutes or air fry at 350F for 12-18 minutes, until crispy.

Store in refrigerator inside paper bag for 7-10 days and cook before consuming.
